Kazakos Guesthouse is an important example of traditional architecture, built in 1851 by SPIROS KAZAKOS, who had a grocery store on the ground floor of the house.
As a guesthouse it was reconstructed and renovated by the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO), in 1993 with extraordinary aesthetics. Stone and wood dominating the interiors offer the visitor a sense of the past, which is very important for people today.
Finally it’s important to mention that our guesthouse is just a 3 minutes walk (200 m.) from the center of the market, where you can find restaurants serving traditional food, shops with folk art products, and the city services.
Arriving at the center on your right you'll find the pharmacy, the health center and the taverns and on your left the post office, the police station and the banks.
